Offering a different texture than traditional mineral fiber tiles, the Arena Mineral Fiber Ceiling Tiles elevates your ceiling above the standard look. The factory applied latex paint creates a moisture barrier on the front of the tile, providing mold and mildew resistance when exposed to high humidity.
Tegular edged tiles protrude below the grid system when installed. The tegular effect is appealing to some people and can break up the flat look of a ceiling. One thing to consider when choosing a tegular edge tile is that trimming the tiles to fit into smaller areas or border spaces requires an additional level of attention and a slight increase of installation difficulty.
The Arena Mineral Fiber Ceiling Tile has a class A fire rated as well as a noise reduction (NRC) rating of .20. The tiles advanced materials and construction meet ASTM D5116 for the highest air quality standards. The 5/8" thickness facilitates insulation batting on top of the tile without sagging.
Designed to fit all standard 15/16" grid systems. Will not fit in a 9/16" grid, please measure the visible width of your grid.
The Arena brings a different texture to the typically boring world of mineral fiber ceiling tiles. The light sandy texture stands out as different without being too much. Other than the texture, the Arena performs and behaves just like most other mineral fiber ceiling tiles. The latex face protects the front side of the tile from humid spaces, but the open back is susceptible to moisture from above, like leaking pipes or ceilings.
One of the advantages of the mineral fiber ceiling tiles are their noise reduction (NRC) and ceiling attenuation (CAC) ratings. If you are looking to deaden the sound in your area, or keep sound from creeping from room to room, mineral ceiling tiles may be part of the solution.
Class A Fire Rated
Product has been tested in accordance with ASTM 84e and scored a Class A rating for flame spread and smoke generation.
Noise Reduction
Product has been tested in accordance with ASTM C423 and has a NRC of .20.
Microbial Growth
Product has been tested in accordance with ASTM D6329 and is highly mold resistant.
Organic Emissions
Product has been tested in accordance with ASTM D5116 and meets high quality air standards.

You're making a beautiful upgrade to your ceiling and we're here to help protect that investment. We guarantee that your ceiling tiles will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions and Limitations
This warranty covers material defects in the ceiling tile when used in a standard ceiling application. It does not cover labor, consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Please note that painting the ceiling tile will void the warranty and may change some of its properties like its fire rating.

Huge upgrade to my 20 yr old basement ceiling. You'll need eye protection while installing as they do shed some of the fine finish while working with them. Well worth it though.
