    What is the shipping method?
    At uDecor we use standard ground as our primary shipping method. Our warehouse is located in Kentucky, which is an ideal hub for reaching both coasts within one week. For faster service, please call us or start a LiveChat session with a member of our uDecor team.

    Canadian Orders
    Regular ground shipments to Canada are processed as normal. When the order is received we will determine the actual shipping costs and contact the customer before proceeding with the order. Canadian Customers can expect a slight delay for ground shipments, since the packages are passed through customs. The customer is responsible for all broker and duty fees

    Canadian customers who are ordering larger items may want to prepare for their order by checking the local and Province laws concerning Customs Duties and Brokers fees.

    Expedited Shipping
    Need a quicker shipping option? Typically, orders are processed in the order that they are received. Expedited orders (next, 2nd or 3-day shipping) are processed first. However, expedited shipping options are only available on the products that we directly control from our warehouse.     Too Large for Ground Carriers
    Often times an order may be too large or heavy to be shipped with a ground carrier. In these cases an order will ship using an LTL (Less than Truckload) common carrier (also known as freight). The shipping costs that are automatically charged to an order will not be affected or changed if your order is categorized as an LTL.

    If an LTL carrier is used for shipping an order then the following restrictions will apply:

    • It will be delivered to the shipping address only.
    • Delivery does not include inside delivery.
    • Delivery does not include inside setup.
    • A lift-gate is included for shipments of 150 pounds or more.

    If you call us prior to shipment we can arrange many of these services for you at your cost. On most shipments, the customer is responsible for removing the merchandise from the edge of the truck (some drivers offer their assistance, but they are not required to help). For lift-gate deliveries, the trucking company has a special truck that will lower the merchandise down to the ground.

    If you have a delivery truck driver assist with additional services, make sure you ask what the charges will be to help you move your merchandise. Any and all of those charges are the responsibility of you the customer. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please give us a call and we will be happy to be of service.

    International Shipping
    Due to the increased costs and handling for shipments outside of the US and Canada, we will only consider international shipments on orders with a minimum $1,000.00 purchase.

    Procedures for requesting International Shipments:

    1. Minimum purchase total of $1,000 plus actual shipping costs plus a $50.00 special handling fee.
    2. All orders sent abroad must be paid in full by Certified Bank Check prior to shipping. No credit card purchases with the exception of Canadian issued cards. (Our credit processing company will not provide services for non-USA or Canadian issued cards, so we are unable to accommodate by credit card)
    3. Items must be shipped to the person who places the order. Absolutely no shipments to second parties or addresses.
    4. Request International shipments only by email sent to sales@uDecor.com, and include all of the following information:
      1. List all items you would like to purchase, including quantities, menu options, etc.
      2. Provide complete contact information and shipping address.
      3. Phone number and email address of purchaser.

    Damages / Incorrect Items
    Please inspect your shipment for any damages as soon as it arrives. If the packaging is obviously damaged you can refuse delivery, and make sure to have the driver note the condition of the package. Most carriers will stop the shipment and notify us if there has been clear damage during the shipping process, but sometimes damaged items get by. If you receive a damaged item, do the following;

    We are unable to replace items have been modified or installed, so please review all the contents of your shipment for damage and to verify that the items received are correct. Damaged items, or items shipped in error, that are not modified will be replaced promptly.

    1. Notify us within 3 days at 877-550-0600 or you can email us at sales@udecor.com.
    2. Take digital photos of the damage and email them to sales@udecor.com. Include your order number and a description of the problem areas. Photos are a great way for us to be able to see what kind of damage was suffered and allows us to file a claim to the shipping company.

    In the event of damage, we reserve the right to replace the item or pay for repairs. If a customer wishes to return the item without allowing for repairs or replacement, it will fall under the guidelines of our return policy; the customer is then responsible for paying both the original and return shipping costs.

    We are not responsible for any installation costs or supplemental costs due to a delay of the project resulting from damaged items or items shipped in error. However, once we receive notice of the damages, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible; and we will cover the regular ground shipping costs to correct the problem.

    Driver's Responsibility
    Drivers are responsible for delivering your product to you. For Ground carriers this is defined as to your door. For Freight delivery it's to the most accessible location that the back of the truck can reach (typically on the street at the base of the driveway). They cannot move the product indoors and will not uncrate the products or remove the crating materials. You should be prepared to move your delivery and have a cordless screw driver with a #2 Phillips head and a claw hammer at the ready. You may have arranged for special delivery, in which case many of these conditions will not apply.

    If you would like to arrange for inside delivery call us 877-550-0600 before your order ships out. This service is not available for all products and is an extra cost that you will be responsible for.

    At uDecor, we know that projects take a while, and sometimes plans change. That's why, in most cases, we give our customers a 90 day grace period to return products. The products must be unused/new and in their original boxes.

    We are unable to replace items have been modified or installed, so please review all the contents of your shipment for damage and to verify that the items received are correct. Damaged items, or items shipped in error, that are not modified will be replaced promptly.

    When returning products to uDecor the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us, and the Actual Shipping cost that we incurred while sending you the product. Your refund equation is: (Price for Product + Tax) - (Actual shipping cost) = Your Refund

    Example: You paid a total of $100 for products from uDecor. You had used a coupon for free shipping when placing your order. Since shipping isn't truly free for us, the original actual shipping amount is deducted from your refund. So, if actual shipping cost was $8.00 (hypothetical cost) and you returned all of the products, you'd receive a refund amount of $92.00. If you had paid any sales tax when placing your order (CA and KY residents only) that would also be refunded in full.

    Unqualified Products:
    Custom products do not qualify for a refund if returned. Custom products include, but are not limited to, the Imagination Series, Leather & Wood Tiles, and Custom Tile categories.

    Partial Returns of Items with Quantity Discounts
    In the event that a uDecor order qualified for and received a quantity discount, special consideration must be taken when accepting a partial return of that product. If a customer's request to return a specific amount of product breaks the initial quantity required to qualify for a discount, it is possible that the customer will not receive a refund for the returned items to uDecor. This is because we've extended a generous discount for a bulk buy, which may no longer apply if a portion of the product is returned.

    Here's an example of a quantity discount and why a refund would not apply:
    Bill purchased 400 ceiling tiles at $4.25 per tile (with a $0.74/tile discount because of the large order). His order also qualified for free shipping and he was not subject to sales tax. The order total was $1700.

    After Bill finished his project he had 30 tiles left over and wished to return them. We would have to treat Bill's order as if he had originally purchased 370 ceiling tiles, which means he would have not qualified for the $0.74 per tile quantity discount. If Bill had only purchased 370 tiles, the tiles would have cost $4.99 per tile, and his order total would have been $1846.30.

    In this particular case, Bill's new order total ($1,846.30) would actually be more than what he originally paid ($1,700.00). While we wouldn't charge Bill the difference when returning the tiles, we also wouldn't be able to provide a refund. It would be better for Bill to keep the tiles and save on the return shipping.

    When and how will a customer be refunded?
    If products are returned within 90 days of the purchase, the customer's credit card will be refunded electronically. If products are returned toward the end of the 90 day period, and the refund does not take effect within 90 days of the purchase date, the refund will be issued by check and sent by USPS. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

    Packaging Items for their Return
    Please be careful when packaging items for returns. You will be responsible for damage incurred during shipping, so please package the items accordingly. Retain the paperwork that the shipping company gives you, especially the tracking number. Remember, you will be responsible for the items until we receive them.

This warranty applies only to material purchased by you, the owner, in unopened cartons for your own use and not for resale. Please Note: uDecor, Inc. cannot guarantee that the published surface burning characteristics, fire resistance ratings, acoustical performance, dimensional stability / sag, or light reflectance will remain as stated if the tiles are painted. Painting will void this warranty. Painting will void UL approval for installation under fire suppression sprinkler systems.

    Difference from Photos
    This warranty does not cover differences between photographs and actual products purchased.

It covers only installations done in accordance with the installation and handling instructions contained within each box of Genesis maintenance-free ceiling panels. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or by use contrary to our recommendations. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or environmental impacts such as sunlight or finish color changes due to exposure to smoke, fumes, leaks or abuse. This warranty does not cover labor charges. This warranty applies only to material purchased by you, the owner, in unopened cartons for your own use and not for resale. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Note: We cannot guarantee that the published surface burning characteristics, fire resistance ratings, acoustical performance, dimensional stability/sag, or light reflectance will remain as stated if the tiles are painted.

    uDecor.com guarantees that your LED Light Panels will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase and preform as expected during that time.

    uDecor guarantees that your LED drivers will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase and will operate within specifications.

    Warranty Limitations
    This warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation methods. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to exposure to smoke, fumes, leaks, or abuse. This warranty does not encompass all of the products sold by uDecor, Inc. and is exclusive to our polyurethane products only. Other products may carry their own manufactures warranty.     uDecor, Inc. provides a LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY to the original purchaser on the FINISH of our polyurethane products. This LIMITED WARRANTY provides that the FINISH on the polyurethane material will be free from finishing defects under normal and expected use for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failure of a customer applied finishing system caused by material incompatibility.

    • Polyurethane products are for decorative use only
    • Primered products must be finished with an additional layer of finish paint. User is responsible to ensuring that the chosen finishing system is compatible with the primer/material.
    • Should be installed with non-corrosive fasteners and urethane approved adhesives in accordance with the installation instructions
    • Unprimed areas should not be exposed to UV light (sunlight)
    • Polyurethane products should not be installed in areas that experience ambient or surface temperatures above 140 degrees fahrenheit
    • Polyurethane products should be stored flat in normal ambient temperatures

    If the material proves to be defective and has been installed and existed within the bounds of the above requirements, the customer should contact uDecor, Inc. in writing or by phone within 30 days of discovering the material defect. uDecor, Inc. may require digital images, a sample of the material or a combination of material and images to be sent to uDecor, Inc. for evaluation. Upon review of materials and installation methods, uDecor, Inc. will determine if replacement, repair or refund is appropriate. uDecor, Inc. is not liable for the cost of labor, transportation, or any other expenses incurred in conjunction with the purchase, use and installation of the material.

    MICHELANGELO MEDALLIONS

    Warranty Statement
    uDecor, Inc. provides a LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY to the original purchaser of our Michelangelo series of ceiling medallions. This LIMITED WARRANTY provides that the Michelangelo Medallion will be free from defects under normal and expected use for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not encompass all of the products sold by uDecor, Inc. and is exclusive to our Michelangelo Medallions only. Other products may carry their own manufactures warranty.     Michelangelo Medallions are for decorative use only and cannot support the weight of a light fixture or ceiling fan. Your fixture/fan must be supported by the junction box or other support system separate of the Michelangelo Medallion.

    The Michelangelo Medallion must be installed in accordance with the supplied instructions. Neglecting to install the medallion in alignment with the instructions can cause serious structural stress on the medallion resulting in premature failure.

    This warranty does not cover the failure of customer applied finishes or any damage resulting from the application of customer applied finishes. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any additional finish is compatible with the base material.

    If the Michelangelo Medallion proves to be defective and has been installed and existed within the bounds of the above requirements, the customer should contact uDecor, Inc. in writing or by phone within 30 days of discovering the material defect. uDecor, Inc. may require digital images, a sample of the material or a combination of material and images to be sent to uDecor, Inc. for evaluation. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY provides that the SUBSTRATE material will be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship under normal and expected use. This warranty does not encompass all of the products sold by uDecor, Inc. and is exclusive to our 18K Gold Foil finished products only. Other products may carry their own manufactures warranty.     uDecor, Inc. provides a LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY to the original purchaser on the FINISH of our 18K Gold Foil finished products. This LIMITED WARRANTY provides that the FINISH on the material will be free from finishing defects under normal and expected use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover failure of a customer applied finishing system caused by material incompatibility nor does it cover finish failure due to customer neglect.

    • Products are for decorative use only
    • The 18k Gold Finish must be protected with a clear coat. The Gold is thin and susceptible to mechanical damage if care is not taken.
    • Material should be installed with non-corrosive fasteners and adhesives in accordance with the installation instructions.
    • Cut edges should be covered with clear coating to prevent contamination & peeling.
    • Gold Foil products should not be installed in areas that experience ambient or surface temperatures above 140°f.
    • Gold Foil products are not recommended for exterior or wet location installation. If the material is installed in one of these areas, protective measure must be taken for reasonable product performance.
    • Products should be stored flat in normal ambient temperatures at all time.

    Full size ceiling tile samples are limited to one of each color of each tile type with a maximum of 6 tiles. These limitations are per person, household or location.
